Delivery Times & Payment Terms

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3–5 business days.

  • Other Cities / Nationwide: 5–7 business days.

  • Payment Terms: A Rs. 250 advance is required for orders, with the remaining watch price paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon arrival.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if supported by the shipping method).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

  • Look out for free standard shipping promotions displayed during checkout!

Order Tracking

  • We will email you a tracking number and link once your order is on the way.

  • Note: Tracking information may sometimes take a little while to update after it is sent.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across Pakistan.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately so we can fix it before your package ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Delivery times are estimates rather than strict guarantees, as they can occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, reach out to us and we will gladly help you coordinate with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders before they ship, but once an item is in transit, changes are no longer possible.

  • Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly.
